Katrina Stallings is the Owner/Director of Healing Connections Family Services, LLC.

I am a passionate advocate for children and families with 30 years of professional child welfare experience, primarily in the area of adoption. I have or am currently working in the public and private adoption sector and have previously held positions working as a director or Manager for public foster care and adoption programs.

I am certified as a foster and adoptive parent trainer, using multiple curriculums and have also been certified as an adoption competent trainer through Rutger’s University.

Additionally, I am trained as a Trust Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) Practioner and Educator. I am able to provide training classes to caregivers, professionals, schools and any other entity who is involved with children who have experienced trauma. In addition, I provide in home family coaching using this model.

I am also personally touched by adoption through several of m​y immediate family members. My goal is to ensure that every child has permanency, advocacy, and safety. This can be accomplished by the proper assessment of foster and adoptive families, as well as providing all families with the necessary tools to care for children from hard places.
